Four Tournaments Leading Up To The VP Tour Finals!
The Village Pickle Tour, presented by Prestige Pickleball, is a DUPR-Sanctioned competitive series hosted exclusively at Village Pickle in Leesburg, Virginia. The progressive prize pool starts at $5,000 and grows with each event, culminating in the VP Tour Finals.
Open to all skill levels (18+), players can enter Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles divisions. Men’s and Women’s divisions are played on Saturdays, with Mixed Doubles on Friday evenings. Players earn points at each stop and chase a big cash payout in December. Play one event or all. Every stop counts.
Note: You do not have to play in all four of the series. Once you earn enough points, you are eligble to play in the VP Tour Finals.

Village Pickle is located in the Village at Leesburg town center, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and the Wegmans shopping center.
Events
– Men’s Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Open
– Women’s Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Open
– Mixed Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Open
Tournament/Scoring Format
Pool Play followed by Single Bracket Elimination.
– Round Robin/Pool Play: 1 Game. First to 11 points, win by 1
– Quarterfinal Rounds: 1 Game. First to 15 points, win by 2
– Semi-Finals Rounds: 1 Game. First to 15 points, win by 2
– 3rd Place Match: Best 2 out of 3 Games to 11, win by 2.
– Finals: Best 2 out of 3 Games to 11, win by 2.

How to qualify for the Village Pickle Tour Finals
- Win one of the VP Tour Tournaments for free entry VP Tour Finals
- Receive 15 or more Prestige points for a discounted entry to the VP Tour Finals
- Receive an invitation to compete in the Finals as a seeded player by the Tournament Director and General Manager.
How are Prestige Points are Awarded
– Points will only count towards the division you play in
– Players who progress up in skill level will have 50% of their points roll over into that new division

Payout Structure
Each tour stop will award cash prizes to the top two teams in every division. The Open division features a $1000 starting prize pool at each event. Payouts for 4.0, 3.5, and 3.0 divisions are based on total entries and paid out to the top two teams from each division’s prize pool.
Additionally, a portion of all entry fees will be contributed to the progressive jackpot, building toward the VP Tour Finals.
Open Doubles starts on Friday at 6:30 p.m., Other brackets start on Saturday at 8 a.m.

$75 per event (Men’s, Women’s, Mixed) Pricing is per person
Team Registration Policy
– Both players on a team must register in order to confirm a spot.
– Partners must register within 3 days of each other.
– If one player registers without their partner, the team will be placed on the waitlist until both players are registered.

Pickleball Brackets now charges a mandatory, non-refundable service fee:
$5 for 1 event. $10 for 2+ events

IMPORTANT NOTES
- You do not haave to play in all the series
- Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust or combine brackets as needed.
- Players may be moved into the appropriate division based on skill level.
- If partners’ skill levels are not equal, the team will be placed in the division of the higher-rated player.
SPECIAL NOTICE
- Do not leave the venue without confirming whether you are in or out of the tournament. If you leave without checking, your match will be forfeited and no exceptions.
- Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify format, schedule, and payouts based on registration, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the tournament. Refunds are subject to a $25 handling charge.
- No refunds after the registration closes for any reason.
- Pickleballbrackets.com fee of $5 per event is nonrefundable.
If you need to cancel your registration, registrants must withdraw by logging into their PickleballBrackets.com account and selecting the event(s) to withdraw from. Please do not write an email to the Tournament Director to withdraw unless it is less than 2 weeks prior to event.
