Village Pickle™ is thrilled to announce that Tom Fortier will join its team as a pro! Tom is a (PPR) Professional Pickleball Registry – Certified Pickleball Coach, and the USA Pickleball Ambassador to Western Fairfax/Eastern Loudoun Counties. Tom is a versatile instructor with experience in the design and implementation of lesson plans for beginners, improvers, and advanced pickleball players. He demonstrates professionalism and dedication to the pickleball community, and for the last five years has promoted pickleball and programming through the expansion of the sport in the Northern Virginia and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Tom has competed in the National Senior games, the U.S. Open, and at many local tournaments, earning medals in a wide range of competitive events including bronze at the Lifetime Ashburn tournament, in the 50+ Open bracket. Tom also enjoys playing tennis, table tennis, and golf; his athleticism and competitive experience is woven into his lesson planning and teaching methodology. Tom fosters a well-honed ability to coach pickleball and is an asset to our instructional team. He looks forward to working with our membership and the local pickleball community at Village Pickle™.
